all the staff was affable and supper friendly, tackled my issues. the location turned out to be easy. tried some takeout specials at mcdonald's, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The location was convenient for local attractions.

My experience here was disappointing and frustrating. The room I first received had an overpowering smell of smoke which led me to ask for a new room. The second room had been poorly cleaned, with signs of previous occupants still evident, including a cigarette burn on the bedspread and leftover toiletries. It was unacceptable to find roaches crawling and the toilet in a disgusting condition. I struggled to speak to the manager about these issues, and it reminded me of the staff didn't care at all.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant despite the busy atmosphere. I appreciated the availability of a microwave and fridge. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better attended to. I had to wipe it down myself.
